SERVICES OFFERED — Depend-A-Can provides portable toilet rentals, restroom trailer rentals, septic pumping, grease trap cleaning, and related sanitation services in the East Texas region (Longview, Tyler, and surrounding communities). All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

EQUIPMENT RENTALS — Standard rental periods, delivery windows, and unit quantities will be confirmed at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring adequate site access and a safe, level placement area for all equipment. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, or events outside our control during the rental period may be billed to the customer.

PAYMENT — Payment terms are established at the time of booking and may include a deposit. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur a late fee. We accept payment by credit card, check, and other methods noted on our Pay Your Bill page. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING — Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to a scheduled delivery or service may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or site access failures on the scheduled service date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is accommodated when feasible and must be requested in advance by contacting our office.

SEPTIC & GREASE TRAP SERVICES — These services are performed based on information provided by the customer at the time of scheduling. Depend-A-Can is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage to unmarked or improperly maintained systems, or complications arising from inaccurate site information. Additional charges may apply if services exceed the scope of the original request.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Depend-A-Can and Bullard Waste Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION — You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Depend-A-Can and Bullard Waste Management, and their officers, employees, and contractors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any negligent acts or omissions on your part or your event attendees.

GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
